【Mechanism】

Chinese tuina therapy works by acting on specific parts of the body surface to influence physiological and pathological functions of the body. Tuina can improve the circulation of qi and blood, lubricate joints and tendons, regulate the zang-fu organ functions and improve the immune system.

【Precautions】
1. If sweating occurs after tuina, consume sufficient warm water and keep warm. Avoid bathing within two hours of tuina treatment.
2. It is normal for body soreness and redness of the skin to persist for up to two days after treatment. If side effects such as dizziness or nausea occur, please consult your physician or therapist.

【Contraindications】
Not suitable for patients with acute sprain (within 24 hours), acute abdominalgia, bleeding disorders, skin lesions, severe cardiovascular disease and pregnant women. Please consult your physician if unsure.
