It is perfectly normal to experience a properly managed wave of emotions in our daily lives. However, being exposed to prolonged emotional stress could bring harm to both mental and physical well-being. As contagious as the coronavirus, negative emotions could spread and affect many, as more Singaporeans seek help for mental issues such as anxiety since the start of the pandemic. This talk aims to share with you the common emotional and mental disorders seen in Singapore, as well as some useful TCM health tips to cope with the stressful times.
