27072019 : Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) approach to Childhood Myopia TCM talk

Childhood myopia is an increasingly prevalent sight in Singapore, with one in five
children wearing spectacles before they enter primary school. In fact, the Singapore
National Eye Centre has indicated that myopia is a serious problem in Singapore. The
prevalence of childhood myopia among seven-to nine-year-olds is one of the highest in
the world.

bilingual talk to find out the methods used to diagnose childhood myopia and how to
use TCM treatment to prevent and manage childhood myopia.
